Information you give us

The care enquiry form asks for your name, email address, who care is for, the type of support you are interested in and how you would prefer us to contact you. You can also add a phone number and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid putting detailed medical information in the message field; we can discuss your needs with you directly.

The review form asks for your name, rating, review, relationship to the service and permission to publish. It emails the submission to our office. A person reviews submissions before any review is added to the website. If you email us about a care role, we use the information in your email to respond to that enquiry.

Delivery and website security

Form submissions are sent to our office mailbox through our email provider. The website does not store them in a review or enquiry database. Our hosting and email providers process the technical information needed to deliver the website and messages. The forms also use short-lived technical checks to limit spam and repeated submissions. Review screening can flag a message for a person to check; it does not decide whether a review is published.

Publishing reviews

We publish a review only after a person has checked it and the reviewer has agreed to public display. A published review may include the reviewer's name, rating, words and relationship to the service. You can ask us to remove a published review by emailing us.

How long information is kept

The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry or review submissions. Messages delivered to our office mailbox are managed by the business. If you would like to know how long we will keep your correspondence, please contact us at the address above.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to ask about the information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about how we use it. Your rights depend on the circumstances. You can withdraw permission for public display of your review by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
