Loving Hearts Care Ltd

More than care. We build relationships.

Loving Hearts Care Ltd is a private Care at Home and Domiciliary Care provider based in Hamilton, Scotland, supporting older adults and vulnerable adults across North and South Lanarkshire.

Our approach is centred on compassion, dignity, respect, independence and person-centred care. We believe that good care is about more than completing tasks — it is about building genuine relationships, listening to the people we support and helping them feel safe, valued and comfortable in their own homes.

We recognise that every person is different, so we work with individuals and their families to understand their preferences, routines, needs and goals.

Support tailored around the person, rather than expecting the person to fit around the service.

Our approach

Care should never feel rushed.

Sometimes care means helping with medication, meals or personal routines. Sometimes it simply means having the time to sit, listen, talk and offer reassurance.

At Loving Hearts, we believe meaningful care starts with understanding the person behind the support.

Dementia

Dementia Support

Familiar faces, familiar routines and a familiar pace. We build support around what someone already knows, so the day keeps its shape even as things change.

The focus stays on what a person can still do and enjoy. Dignity and independence are the point — not something traded away for convenience.

  • Compassionate, person-centred support
  • A focus on familiarity and routine
  • Protecting dignity
  • Supporting independence

Individualised support

Disability, Autism & Complex Support

Support for people with physical, learning, developmental or additional support needs — built for the individual rather than adapted from a standard package.

We work with the person and their family to understand what good support actually looks like for them, and we adjust it as needs and preferences change.

How it works

Starting care shouldn’t feel complicated.

Three straightforward steps, at whatever pace suits you.
  1. Step 1

Tell us what support you need

We listen to you and your family and understand what help would make everyday life easier.

  2. Step 2

We learn what matters to you

We take time to understand routines, preferences, needs and goals, and what helps the person feel comfortable.

  3. Step 3

    Your personalised care begins

Support is arranged around the individual, not the other way around — and adjusted as things change.

Inclusion

Care that respects the whole person.

Everyone deserves to feel welcomed, understood and valued. Loving Hearts Care Ltd supports people from different cultures, communities and backgrounds, with care shaped around the individual and the life they choose to live.

Questions

The things families usually ask first.

If what you need to know is not here, ask us directly — we would rather have the conversation.
  • Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Hamilton and support individuals and families across North and South Lanarkshire. If you are not sure whether we reach you, get in touch and we will tell you straight away.

  • How do we get started?

You tell us what support you are looking for, and we listen to you and your family. We then take time to understand routines, preferences, needs and goals before any care begins, so the support is built around the person from the start.

  • Are you registered and regulated?

Yes. Loving Hearts Care Ltd is registered with the Care Inspectorate under CS2025000519, and registered at Companies House under SC797842.

  • Can care be arranged around our existing routine?

That is the whole idea. We work with individuals and their families to create support that is tailored around the person, rather than expecting the person to fit around the service.

  • Do you support people living with dementia?

Yes. Dementia support is one of our services — compassionate, person-centred support with a focus on familiarity, dignity and independence.

  • Can you support someone with a disability or additional needs?

Yes. We provide individualised support for people with physical, learning, developmental or additional support needs.

  • I look after a relative myself. Can you help?

Yes. We offer flexible respite support designed to give family carers reassurance and valuable time for themselves.

  • What happens if needs change over time?

Support is reviewed and adjusted as things change. Every package is agreed with you, and we stay in touch with families so nothing is a surprise.
