  • Which areas do you cover?

    We are based in Hamilton and support individuals and families across North and South Lanarkshire. If you are not sure whether we reach you, get in touch and we will tell you straight away.

  • How do we get started?

    You tell us what support you are looking for, and we listen to you and your family. We then take time to understand routines, preferences, needs and goals before any care begins, so the support is built around the person from the start.

  • Are you registered and regulated?

    Yes. Loving Hearts Care Ltd is registered with the Care Inspectorate under CS2025000519, and registered at Companies House under SC797842.

  • Can care be arranged around our existing routine?

    That is the whole idea. We work with individuals and their families to create support that is tailored around the person, rather than expecting the person to fit around the service.

  • Do you support people living with dementia?

    Yes. Dementia support is one of our services — compassionate, person-centred support with a focus on familiarity, dignity and independence.

  • Can you support someone with a disability or additional needs?

    Yes. We provide individualised support for people with physical, learning, developmental or additional support needs.

  • I look after a relative myself. Can you help?

    Yes. We offer flexible respite support designed to give family carers reassurance and valuable time for themselves.

  • What happens if needs change over time?

    Support is reviewed and adjusted as things change. Every package is agreed with you, and we stay in touch with families so nothing is a surprise.
